Welcome to 2023, after what I’ll assume to be an incredibly gluttonous Holiday season for many of you it’s time to get back in the gym.

What better New Years’ resolution than getting absolutely massive arms like everybody’s favorite bodybuilder Cbum.
One of the biggest struggles I think bodybuilders face is attempting to create massive arms but not knowing how to do it optimally with less volume and a more scientifically (maybe it's bro science) backed routine.
Hitting all the heads of your bicep and tricep are important to not only an aesthetic but strong arms.
Before we get too far into the New Year now is the time to supercharge your lifting and workout routine.
As always this will be a complete no bullshit newsletter on building the best physique you possibly can. I was in the best shape aesthetically when I only had a barbell, dumbbells, and a rack.
If you want to become the most aesthetic and best version of yourself, this is for you. If you want to continue to remain a frail, soy-drinking, below average, shell of a man you can go ahead and stop reading now.
Now onto what you actually came here for.
You only need 6 exercises to build massive arms.
Biceps
Preacher Curls
Incline Dumbbell Curls
Hammer Curls
Triceps
Cable Tricep Pushdowns
Cross Body Cable Extensions
Skull Crushers
Doing all of these will allow you to effectively hit every single head of your bicep and tricep if done correctly all while getting an absolutely MASSIVE pump.
In my opinion, I would alternate the order of these every time you lift so you can add a bit of variation to the exercise. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for other types of lifts for building your arms but these have been what works best for me.
